117 is in the works and a chapter will be out as soon as it is done plus about 2-5 days. It is moving along rather well I think. A few things about that later*
Nova is not expected to receive any many updates any time soon often; sorry about that if that is why you are here. It is probably going to be redone because he is too OP and I can't really do anything with him yet as a villain. It isn't abandoned.

2601521 Cortana's story will be continued and you should see a new bit every few chapters. She and John did stay in touch a bit after Requiem which is why she found out so quickly that he vanished. They did not see much of each other in person however.
To be perfectly honest I don't like the idea of Chief being with a "Pony" later into the story-line when science is higher and DNA is truly studied by pony kind, Celestia and Luna make a humanoid mimic of one/both of themselves so that they can sire an heir with him.
Yes to them loving him, but no to them going/trying anything else. You could do this with the battle that Chief gets covered in 'something' (like a slow poison) that doesn't work on him (because armor) but it does to a small chunk of the army, Celestia being overprotective gets him checked out anyways. But what Celestia really wants to know (in secret to all) is she able to bear a child of his blood, Answer "NO".............
