Parody/Spoof of the song 'Savages' from Pocahontas: Part 1 · 6:17pm Jun 21st, 2012
It was brought to my attention that Parody might be the wrong name for these because sometimes they're not so funny. So I'm asking you to decide whether you prefer the word Parody or Spoof (or if there is another word for them), Thanks...
Parody/Spoof of the song 'Savages' from Pocahontas Part 1 as requested by Samaru163. This is only Part 1 of the song and I am planning to do Part 2 as a follow up to this one.
The Royal Advisor and Captain are trying to persuade a younger Celestia to trap her now-evil sister, Luna, in the moon. Every other pony in Equestria also wants this to happen to stop Nightmare's destruction. (This is set the first time Nightmare came, she hasn't come back again or something) Enjoy

What can you expect
From a mare with so much evil?
All of her powers are like a curse
Her mane's a hellish blue
So you know what you must do
Trap her on the moon
Or worse
[Other ponies]
She’s a savage! She’s a Savage!
[Advisor]
Barely even pony
[Other ponies]
Savage! She’s a Savage!
[Captain]
Evil to her core!
She’s not like other royals
Which means she must be spoiled
You must make her take the Lunar Tour!
[Advisor+Other ponies]
She’s a savage! She’s a Savage!
A Nightmarish devil!
Now you must lead us in our war!
[Celestia]
This is what I feared
She has become a demon
The only thing she feels is jealousy
Beneath that dark hide
She feels emptiness inside
But she is still my sister to me
[Other ponies]
She’s a savage! She’s a Savage!
Barely even pony
Savage! She’s a Savage!
[Captain]
A Nightmare to the core
[Advisor]
She’s different than before
Which means she can't be trusted
[Captain+ Advisor]
You need to trap her on the Lunar Tour!
She’s a savage! She’s a Savage!
You need to deal with this one
You need to lead us in this war
[Other ponies]
She’s a Savage! She’s a Savage!
[Celestia]
No, you are mistaken!
[Other ponies]
A Savage! She’s a Savage!
[Celestia]
On her I always depend!
[Advisor + Captain]
She’s a Savage! She’s a Savage!
Barely even pony!
[Celestia]
You’re right....I have to get rid of her so my subjects won’t be harmed any more
187417 That was quick, I only just posted it. Second half coming in the next few days
187423 Strange, I have a bit of Writers Block at the minute as well. I hoped this would cure it...only took me a few minutes to do, the easiest one I've ever done I think.
187497 It's okay. I agree with you...Writing stories is a skill I'm trying to learn, writing parodies is much easier
187513 I always liked Pocahontas 2 better. Hercules and Pocahontas were never my favourite films but I really like the songs
187529 It was...better. But then I prefer John Rolf to John Smith...Plus it was all about Pocahontas going to London and what she saw and that always interested me.
(I like Lady and the Tramp 2. I can't pick a favourite Disney Film though, I like a lot of them)
Once again you fail to disappoint. I am astounded by the level of pure talent in some people on this site, I really am.
187641 Thanks. Now if only I could write stories as well as I write parodies, now then I could be really talented
187647I've read some of your work and it is really good. dont worry about it
187803 It is? Which ones? I didn't think they were that good

Well, personally I really liked The Day the Party Died and What Really Happened on the Friendship Express. I thought they were well thought out, well written and engaging
187950 Wow thanks, both the one shots, wow. Thank you indeed
Parody: a humorous or satirical imitation of a serious piece of literature or writing.
Spoof: a mocking imitation of someone or something, usually light and good-humored; lampoon or parody.
Neither of them really fit for your sadder works. Let me see, here...
Satire: the use of irony, sarcasm, ridicule, or the like, in exposing, denouncing, or deriding vice, folly, etc.
Eh, not really.
Pastiche: a literary, musical, or artistic piece consisting wholly or chiefly of motifs or techniques borrowed from one or more sources.
Hmm, that could work. My vote's on pastiche.
