I promised one chapter a month and I intend to keep that promise. But life has a funny way of getting in the way.
In any event, the next chapter of the Element of Common Sense is finished barring some revisions but I realized that the next chapter would be a little jarring without some sort of build-up.

All right, mourning is over.
Yogi is dead, I will miss him but I have moved on. As such I finished the first arc to the Element of Common Sense and sent it off for prereading. I intend to get started on the next chapter as soon as possible, which brings me to a good point.

When it rains it pours...

A few days ago I mentioned that my dog Yogi went to the vet for an infection. He died today.
I based the character of the same name in the Element of Common Sense on my actual dog and now I just don't know what to do. Ten years I have had him and now he's gone.
I'll do my best to keep him alive in my stories for as long as I feel up to it. For now though, I just want to lay down.

Ok so not pony related but anyone interested in my stories should know that I won't be working on them for the foreseeable future.
I thought that I was happily married for the past six years but today's events have made both of us realize that is not the case. We are divorcing (most likely) and I will be moving out of state.

I am proud to announce (to no one in particular) the first session of my new DnD group!

Woot!

So new characters, new scenarios, and new setting. No spoilers just yet as I want to ensure everything goes alright.

I don't actually have anything else to say. So how about something completely different?

I've been writing (and rewriting) the latest chapter of my story The Thief, The Wizard, and The Element of Harmony (and I still kick myself for choosing such a long name) and I can honestly say that the story is back on track! Woot!

For some reason I thought I would have more to write here...

I'm bad at this...
