So, about the new update.
First off, I really like it. The new feed is the answer to all my prayers, and the Bookshelf system is great. I've heard that there are some bugs, but I personally haven't experienced any, and that is kind of to be expected in any update on this scale. However, I do wish it had been there when I joined this site.
See, I really like the new Bookshelf system, and I want to split my favourites into several different ones. The problem is that that would require trawling through nearly five thousand different stories. I'm already taking up the monumental task of finding all the stories that I want to just track rather than favourite, but splitting all of them into three or even four groups? I'm not sure I have the strength of will to do that.
Decision, decisions.
Anyway, for wasting your time with this rather pointless blog, I offer you another silly comic:
I would say "I know that feel" except I manifestly don't, since I was enough to burn through 1100 favorites and 600 read-laters and finished them all off several days ago.
And I stuck them in a dozen different shelves, too. Did I mention I'm crazy?
Anyway, though, I laughed harder at that comic than I perhaps should.

You are a stronger person than I am my friend. Although I will say in my defence that 5000 favourites and over 1000 read laters is quite a lot to go through.
And yeah, that comic always makes me crack up.
2538352 I suspect pacing yourself would be the only way to get through it. A month or two of a few dozen stories a day would do the trick, at least if, like me, you didn't actually need to read most of those stories all over again.
And I will say that, even for someone like me, the prospect of skimming through 5000 unsorted favorites in search of previously-unsuspected gems is more than a little daunting.

Well I've actually sorted half of them into "tracking" and "favourites" already (I am a fast reader) - it's just that the prospect of further organising them is a daunting one, because I know I'd get obsessive over it and end up with 27 different categories or something.
