Some future snippets I'm pondering...
The Prince vs The Conversion Bureau
- Equusweyr adapts to the so-called Barrier and eventually flies right though it; then the Prince via the Weyr starts simply transporting huge swathes of TCB-Equestria... somewhere else.
- True gritty ground side war; the Prince and his Legions of Templar Guard help Humanity fight Astra Solamina but in secret as the Prince knows the last thing humanity needs to see are more ponies...
- Humankind gets pissed when the Prince doesn't discriminate; he rescues Human and innocent Pony alike, and the Templar Guard crush down hard on the so-called HLF as well as batshit insane human-hating ponies.
- The Prince works out a way to modify ponification such that it becomes true conversion; human gains pony form and all that implies but keeps his/her mind. Astra/XenoCelly is PISSED.
The Prince comes to Earth/Non-TCB First Contact
- Light-hearted/funny? Serious Sci-Fi?
- President doesn't know what to do about this tiny, frail, foal-like being.
- BIG media hoopla/religious nutters coming out, etc.
- Prince returns the Golden Record?
- Little girl points to one of the Templar Guard; cries out "Pony!"; Templar Guard Benares kneels to let the human get on his back as the humans look on. He gives her a 'pony ride' - trots about - makes the girl happy, and he is honored to do so.
- LOTS of hnnnggh/d'aww scenes like this w/ponies, griffins, changelings and humans...
- Human fanatic tries to hurt the Prince? Weyrtouched Pesudo-Alicorn Hoofmaidens kill this madman with extreme prejudice; they're not just caretakers! Nearly causes an international incident and the Prince makes to leave... but humankind doesn't want to lose the first alien they've ever seen.
- Cue very skilled negotiator / compensation / humanity metaphorically begging, "Please, we're sorry!" ?????
- Orphanages / Hospitals; help is given and Templar Guard develop a fondness for being petted. Weyrmind / Advanced Medicines / etc.
- Slowly coming Golden Age / near-Utopia for humanity...
- Everfree Princedom on Earth / human embassy there / many humans coming to live with the Prince and his Subjects.

I'm curious on the first one, who knows maybe something good might come out of it.
