I was SURE I faved it but I can't find it now. I read it a while ago so I don't remember the name or all the details, but here goes nothing.
The story centers on Diamond Tiara bullying on Dinky, she is mainly making fun of her mom, Derpy, and that she is a bother and a problem for her. Then one day Dinky goes missing and the entire town goes crazy to find her, all the while Diamond remains with her bitchy attitude uncaring of whats going on. After some time somepony, Rainbow Dash I believe, finds Dinky, only to discover she commited suicide leaving a letter describing why, thus putting the blame on Diamond Tiara, as well as the hate of the town upon her.
Filthy rich approaches Derpy but she tells him to stay the fuck away from her, Granny Smith cuts relationships with his company while Filthy takes his daughter with him back homes, he explains of the loses they are going to experience and how he was on a relationship with Derpy and that he was going to ask her to marry him. I believe he doesn't do anything to Diamond except lament why he didn't do anything earlier and educate her properly.
Diamond Tiara feels terrible about what she did and caused, Discord shows up and makes a deal with her to turn back time in exchange to change her attitude or something, she agrees and I don't remember the closure.

You know the funny thing is... I know what you're talking about. I just can't seem to find it.
It was on here at one time, but I think that the writer got a lot of static about it and deleted it.
Which was a shame, because I liked it and thought that it was very well written. So I had in my faves, as well.
Not knowing why it was removed, I then asked the author, and he (she?) told me about all the static over it, so they deleted it. They then told me that, while it would likely never be reposted here, they had it up over at their FanFiction.net account.
He (she?) then gave me the link to it, and as I have an FF.net account, too, I went over there and faved it there.
I can go find it and post the link here if you guys want. Just let me know, okay?
