Maybe some of you remember me writing in an earlier blog post about a story that will be bigger than Journey.
If you don't, read it up now. Or don't, your choice. (But don't blame me if you don't understand what I'm talking about.)
Anyway. I'm around 80% done creating the world. That alone are 100 sites and more in my notebook. (DIN A4 or around 8.5 x 11 inches for you Americans who just have to use different systems just because.) These pages contain notes about any bigger countries ruling system, the layout of said country, the people who live there, their customs and so on. A lot of history too. From the first meetings between ponies and griffon's to the coronation of a certain lavender pony princess formerly librarian. Right now I working on the future.
But thats not what I wanted to talk about. I finally have decided to do with this universe I created! And I want to give you guys a little teaser, like in cinemas, what to expect:
"Humans. Every mother tells her foals about these legendary creatures who once roamed this planet with the sole duty they sworn upon themselves: 'To protect us.' Most Ponies claim them nothing more than pure myths, but remnants of their culture is everywhere. Why do you think we add doorhandles to our homes, even if we can't use them. Why do have teacups handles? We did so in past times because it was told to have human friend, who was watching over you, was the best thing that could happen to anypony. So everypony tried to make them feel welcome. We even still build our houses bigger than they need to be for the very same reason. Or our beds. We add chairs to our tables even so we don't need them.
In truth Twilight, I know they are real. The last human I met when I myself still was a little foal. Over five thousand years ago. Well, at least the last human in a human body. From time to time there is a pony, if I wouldn't know better, that he was for certain a human, once. You see, they have this strange ability to be at the right time at the right place when they are needed. A pony that thinks so different than ponies normally do. Tell me, what would you do without your cutie mark Twilight?
Stop! Stop, it's still there.
You see, humans don't care about destiny. They spit it in the face, literally. They don't think something is impossible, but just that they don't have found a way to solve the problem just yet. When a pony would give up and cry her eyes out, a human still would be standing. You could call it their own kind of magic.
Why I'm telling you this?
I fear that Equestria will need their help again soon. Humans and ponies were never meant to be separated. There was a time you never saw a pony without a human near by. Like I said, they protected us, worked and lived with us and we carried them if could to help them in their task. Saddles, today a common article of clothing, was actually invented by them. Proud the be of use, our bravest warriors would carry their human friend into battle to defend the borders of Dream Valley. The most famous knight was named Megan. She bonded with her pony friends like no human after her ever did. On of her friends even was an ancestor of your friend Applejack.
Twilight, I would like you to join me in my quest to find the humans. They have to be somewhere. A whole species shouldn't just vanish like that. There was a time I thought they left us because they thought we were ready to be on our own, but I fear they are wrong. Tirek was prove of that.
You think?
Well then, if you think it will be useful. Let me tell you about these ponies who I thought to be humans..."
So, I hope you can guess what will happen. I will not write one big story, but many small ones. I want to start after I finished "The Impossible". The first story in this universe will actually take stage in the near future. A Human, Luna and Nightmare Moon will be the main cast of the story.
About tags, romance for example and clop. Some will have that, some don't. It will be different from story to story.
If I would be some kind of... well hater, I would say that this story will be another one from Humans are Superior (I really don't like some of their stories, too much killing for my tastes), that Terrans would be like gods or something and I don't like it. But! I know that I can count on your stories (and even though they lack a bit of grinding) and I know that it will be unique and unrepeatable.That it will grab and pull me from the very beginning. It will have twisted, but in fact a simple storyline (these two phrases aren't mutually exclusive?), something about heroes, world as a whole, love and I'm starting to philosophize.

OK, try to imagine. You just crawled out of your cave and another being shows you how to build simple huts, to use tools and how to feed your family by plantings seeds. The last Human was seen by Celestia over 5000 years ago. Times when ponies didn't even have a society. Of course there would be a kind of worshiping. I mean, even we do it for one guy who apparently walked on water. I never said they're worth the praise Celestia is giving them. But we humans are inventors and have some great mind and leaders.
I think the best is, you imagine Celestia talking about her hero like a foal would.
