What the writer of this comment might like to know (or not) is that /mlp/ runs Hoarse News. As it wrote yesterday:
Earlier today, the Equestria Girls 2: The Search for More Money Soundtrack was supposed to be released, as promised by Hasbro and the show staff. Meghan McCarthy even expressed excitement at the prospect yesterday, and was disappointed to announce a delay in the release due to "unforeseen circumstances". Though there is no official word what the reason is, our mole on the inside of DHX reports that it is due to the satanic messages contained within.
Words such as the last few ones may fly in the less-than-caring environment of Hoarse News, yet fail to tell the whole story here.
First of all, that I am aware of, no satanic messages ever were found in any song on the soundtrack. It's clean and it's safe enough for the youngsters. Besides, what would a soundtrack with Pony songs in it be with a satanic message? And if it DID have a satanic message, it's no different from what you might have heard if, say, you played Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven" in reverse; and as far as I'm concerned, there was never any intention to have satanic messages in either the soundtrack or the Led Zeppelin song. In fact, satanic messages were never brought up in any particular meeting for what the respective folks wanted in either.
Furthermore, the whole delay was NOT caused by satanic messages at all. Although it ultimately was released on September 10, the real reason for such a delay in release can easily be told through the Wikipedia article of U2:
As a result, I have evidence to prove that Hoarse News, run by the mean-spirited, angry and ugly /mlp/ thread, is too busy trashing bronies to even figure out the facts of this whole delay. That's why I corrected them.
