Okay, so I finished editing the third chapter of CMC Changeling Protectors. I didn't make any major changes to the story, so there's no need to re-read it...
Unless, of course, you want to. 
Oh, and my other story was finally approved.

I agree it's not my best work, since I wrote it in 5 hours, but I wanted to test my writing speed. 2k words in 5 hours means 2000 words in 300 minutes, so I can write at around 6 words per minute. If I can type at 40 words per minute normally, that means I spend around 5-6 minutes thinking for every 40 words. I... don't really know if that's good or bad, though. 
Well, now I'm off to Goodwill to check if I can find a charger for my laptop. I don't know if it's the battery or the charger that's bad, so I'll have to... experiment a bit. Wish me luck!
2432503 This last story was an experiment. Actually now that I think about it, all of my stories have been products, experiments. I wrote them just because I felt like writing something. . .
And then I became hooked on my own stories.
So I guess what I do is I make my product and then feel inspired to keep writing about it. So many of my long-shots started out as random stories in the beginning. . .
But then I just felt I had to keep writing, because there's always something more, something that was left out, something that doesn't yet make sense. I think that's why I have so many incomplete stories.
Oh, and I decided not to go to Goodwill. The one close by is closed for renovations, and it's just too hot and humid to go outside for long periods of time.

Although, if I had to pick two stories that I actually had a plan to make beforehand, they would be my first story "This Is Why, Shining Armor!" and "The Lost Book of the Creator," mainly because I wanted to have a backstory for Queen Chrysalis and the changelings. Still, the second story started out as a one-shot.
I haven't even started reading CMC: Changeling Protectors yet! It's in my over stocked read later pile... also good luck on finding a charger. I'll see you at the next chapter.

Just so you know, CMC Changeling Protectors is not complete yet. It used to have a complete tag because I had to wrap it up quickly for a contest, but I removed it because even I felt that the ending was too rushed and there is still much stuff I want to include.
