New chapter and next few

Yeah, I've kinda...misplaced my laptop charger and the battery's gone. If it hadn't you'd probably have a new chapter by now. Sorry! But to make up for it I'm going to tell you what the main character the chapter revolves around and the plan I have for the next few chapters.

First! The character? Luna. The next few chapters will consist of no villainy unfortunately, but they will consist of Blood upgrading his base and the ponies discovering him and a certain Nightmare Moon based holiday. That's all I'm saying! But...Celestia will discover him missing soon and that's when the real story begins!
