So, while i have the next chapter sitting with my editor, why don't i share the Kits of the ponies? These are, in no way, supposed to be overly balanced. i don't know how to balance these things, so they could be overpowered or underpowered, i dunno, that's why they don't come with numbers attached to them. Also, i'm including quotes because why not. Shoo, spoilsports asking me these questions, it's fun to imagine them in the game.
Rainbow Dash: The Daredevil Pegasus
Passive: Impatient Charge: Whenever Rainbow uses an ability or hits with a basic attack, she gains increased movement speed for a short time.
Q: Thunder Crack: Rainbow’s next basic attack deals additional damage, and ignores damage absorbing shields. This ability’s cooldown is reduced whenever Rainbow deals damage to an enemy
W: Flying Leap: Rainbow leaps to target location, dealing damage to nearby enemies.
E: Braggart’s Scoff: Rainbow damages nearby enemies, activating a shield based on how many enemies hit, the amount increases for Champions.
Passive: Rainbow gains additional AD based on the number of nearby Champions.
R: Sonic Rainboom: Rainbow channels for a short time, then launches herself to target location, activating this again during travel will activate a damaging shockwave that deals damage based on Rainbow’s current speed, and instantly transfer Rainbow to her destination

Rarity: The Charming Seamstress
Passive: Fabulous Glow: Rarity’s abilities and basic attacks reveal and apply the seasonal debuff to enemies for a short time after hit. Also, Rarity changes seasons with each use of Glamour.
Summer: Her basic attacks and abilities deal additional damage
Fall: Basic attacks and abilities reduce MR and Armor for a short time
Winter: Basic attacks and abilities slow enemies for a short time
Spring: Basic attacks and abilities lower the enemy’s damage for a short time
Q: Glamour: Rarity heals herself and target ally, and their next basic attack applies the Fabulous Glow of the next season
W: Glitter Bomb: Rarity lays down a gem that damages and sticks to any enemy that walks over it, doing additional damage over time for a short time.
E: Star Struck: Rarity sends out a magical stare in a line, stunning the first enemy hit, and applying Fabulous Glow to all subsequent targets.
R: Magic Pageant: All allied champions receive a speed boost, and their basic attacks apply Fabulous Glow for a short time.

Twilight Sparkle: Princess of Magic
Passive: Careful Focus: Twilight gains AP and range with her basic attacks based on her current available manna.
Q: Blazing Barrier: Shields target ally, blinding nearby enemies
W: Frantic Study: Twilight becomes rooted while channeling, doubling her manna regeneration. Activating it again initiates a teleport with a damaging burst, the range of the teleport scales with current available manna
Passive: Twilight gains increased manna regeneration; she loses this bonus while this ability is on cool down
E: Shining Circle: A ring of light surrounds Twilight for a short time, enemies caught in it take damage and are slowed, the range of the ring scales with current available manna
R: Pull of Harmony: Area burst dealing damage and pulling all enemies to the center, the size of the area and casting cost scales with current available manna.

Soo cool but ... l think that some of skills shud be chanched. For example Rainbows Q:straight dash:rainbow dashes in choshen direcion in straight line two times faster than her movment speed and dealing damage to all enemies in line
As for her E:rainbow tornado:Rd dashest to the chosen enemy in range and starts to fly around him to create small yornado that gives enemy confusion
I wud change that two skills becose dashie have no way to youse magic and it wud bee more like her
As for rarity instead of fashion is better to focus on her amazing levitation skills on her ability to find gems an shes qite god at illusion
