Gaddammit.

I'm not dead. Far from it. I have been busy though. I've been helping a friend with a project. Basically, he approached me for ideas, and I responded. Apparently I was the main source of ideas his project, though his experience as a professional editor really made the entire thing. A few months later, he's doing well for himself after his project got the green light. He payed me, so I guess that's nice and all. Also he makes the best iced tea and Teriyaki Chicken. Though my charcoal fire Pacific Saury is still his favorite. Make a few slices so that the oil will drip out, mix soy sauce with salt and add it to the fish while it's cooking over the charcoal embers. It's good.

Reading is easy, but for me to write, I have to have a non-interrupted session. I take five minutes off to heat up a bowl of chili, and my drive to write is gone. I have been writing some, though it's been a few months, and I should be nowhere near the amount of words I probably should be at.
