Another year past, another Bronycon behind us. I wouldn't feel so melancholic if it all didn't have an expiry date on it now. It's only been four short years since I started attending and it's already going out on us. I've made so many friends and met so many people at these conventions that it makes me wonder how I'm going to hold on to those things.
So, if there are any of you left out there who still watch me -- how is?
Yes, I haven't made many horsewords in a while. Yes, I still pop on to stalk muse over the various pieces that get posted on occasion. Yes, I am still aspirating and am still under the siege of the entropic processes.
...because if you don't, you're not getting in.
I was in Texas visiting my father, and he and I had made plans to go to Legoland in the DFW (Dallas Fort Worth) area to tour the park, have a fun day together, and basically relive what I enjoyed a great deal of my childhood with. When we showed up, however, we were turned away because we didn't have a child with us.
For those of you I knew who were there, it was great seeing you. For those of you who weren't, wish you had been. And to those I met, a fond farewell.
Let's do it again sometime.
Hey folks. Sorry it's taken so long. I've been in kind of a funk lately and had a lack of motivation. That, and in combination with my collaboration with Rated Ponystar, I just haven't had much time to dedicate to other pieces as of late. I'm not finished with them or anything, but it may take longer between updates for awhile.

Not to worry, every single reader of yours is a writer who's been/might even still be going through the exact same thing as you are right now. The important thing to do is to accept it, and not beat yourself up. Trust me. I'm in pretty much the same position. Just because you don't always have the motivation doesn't make you any less of a marvellous writer, which I wholeheartedly believe you are.
You've created the start of a wonderful story I personally enjoy very much. I hope you're satisfied with what you have so far, and not just looking at the work ahead and overwhelming yourself like I do.
I hope your funk passes soon like the crapload it is!
