Yeah, I know I was never a prolific writer here, and I pretty much dropped out of the fandom a number of years back, but I've recently undergone a fairly significant life event and suddenly felt the urge to write it down, so I figured that here was as good as any place.

In fit of "why the hell not?", I have decided to bang out an entry for the EFNW 2015 Pre-Con Contest, the theme being "Making new friends".
I'm not ashamed one little bit to admit that I'm crying as I write this.
As I'm sure you've probably all read by now, Sir Terry Pratchett has passed away. I found out about three hours ago; after the initial shock, I started crying. I'm still crying a bit now.
Is this just fantasy? 
Well, yes. But it is also apparently completely legitimate.

Fox have been cracking down really hard on this leaked test footage. That one was up for less than 24 hours.
Actually, I just found another one - updating the original post now
2331036 I appreciate that, unfortunately I didn't have access to the internet yesterday, and it's already taken down. But look at it this way, the fact that they are cracking down so hard on this footage gives me hope that there is a serious chance of an actual movie, and that it wasn't just nothing more than a mere test.
