So Trouble in Neo Neighpon is doing pretty well so far. People have definitely liked it even if there are four dislikes on it so far. But, that's to be expected; Dark/AU fics are those kind of fics that seem to draw the dislike button over to the users. Yet, I'm still happy I'm trying something new and different for myself. It pushes me out of my own comfort zone and I have to adapt new skills in writing. I won't learn anything if I keep on writing the same fics over and over again and I really don't care about the dislike button. I know that there are many more people who read through the fic and actually liked what they read, so that makes me feel good about myself and how I grow as an author.
Chapter 4 is halfway done, so I'm here to tell you that. If you haven't read my newest story, it is tagged to this blogpost right now. For authors who read this, I encourage the each of you to go out of your comfort zone and explore new genres that you can tackle. Regardless of the results, the each of you will always have something to gain from doing that.
