On Hiatus (sort of) · 2:00am Jul 21st, 2014
First off, I've written more in the past couple of weeks than I have in the past couple of months. I've effectively shaken off my funk and I'm churning out horse words again. However, there are a couple of stories I'm putting on hiatus. First is The Griffon Coup. If you even remember this story, I'd be surprised. It's not that I'm abandoning this story--I'm roughly halfway through the next chapter--but I've been stuck on this chapter for freaking forever. It'll simmer on the back burner for the foreseeable future. My apologies.
The other story I'm putting on hiatus is Inferno. Now, before you start throwing stones at me, let me explain. I'm not putting this story on the back burner. It's going to stay a priority for me. However, it may be a while before I update (late August at the earliest). This is because I want to finish the next three chapters before I update. This is largely due to the fact that I want to make sure that the three concurrent chapters flow properly in time with each other and go into the next chapter smoothly. Now that I think about it, three concurrent plot lines is the exact same reason I got so muddled in The Griffon Coup. But I'll take my time and do it right this time.
In the meantime, enjoy this slight spoiler; chapter titles! (I have the very last chapter's title in mind already, but you don't want to read that one, trust me.)

On the bright side, when I'm done with them, I'll be able to add a chapter a day if I wanted to. Though I am considering making it weekly. If I write quickly enough, I might be able to update every week for quite some time with the boon of a buffer of a couple of chapters.
TL;DR -- I'm still going to be writing, but it will be some time before Inferno or The Griffon Coup will be updated.
