Yes, I know. Been a long time. Gather 'round children, for I have stories to tell you!
First, life gets busy. Yes. I know, cliche as that sounds, I had to make a choice between leisure activities that I enjoy, like writing, and putting in a lot of work and effort for my young and growing family. I chose my family, and I haven't regretted it for a day. I think my last blog post probably was written just after the first birthday of my son, and the strapping young lad is going to be turning three very soon. His sister just turned one. Yes, father of two, life gets busy. Not to mention where I live versus where I work now is a 1000 mile commute. That's no joke, my house is literally a thousand miles from my work. Two weeks at work, one week off.
Second though, good news on that- in the evenings at work? Lots of time to write again now. Which means, for those who have been waiting and begging and asking, or just wondering or curious-
New chapter of Turnabout Moon
New chapter of Wild Wings
New chapter of What Came
New chapter of... wait what's this? A brand new original fic? No humans? No crossover? Not based on a piece of fan art?! Still debating on tags for this one...
Happiest part of all I can finally legitimately say that this isn't a tease or a wish- I've actually written most of the above already. I will be releasing all four at the same time, which means I'm really waiting on my fantastic editor, who, and I am truly amazed he wanted to come back and continue the work, to rip apart my latest chapter of What Came and tell me what I need to fix. The wait will soon be over!
