Hey, guys! Derpy 2 here. While on a four hour car ride, I gave myself a stern talking to. I recently published a story that... wasn't that great. In my mind, it was going to be fantastic. That was a stupid thing to think. If you think your story will be fantastic before it's even finished, it will be horrible. I know that my writing is... probably pretty bad, as with half the people on this site. I have hits, and I have misses. That was one of those misses. Also, it's hard to write sad stories if you don't have sad experiences. I had a pretty boring and uneventful childhood. Therefor, I won't be writing as many sad, dark, and slice of life stories as I wish. I will, however, be writing a new story in honor of this realization. It will be based on the game Clue, a game I have lots of experience with!
SIDENOTES: I am trying to contact Derpy 1, as she hasn't been on in a while! I am leaving tomorrow for a five day leadership camp, so I will try to get Clue up tonight! I am looking for editors/pre-readers, so if you are interested, email me! Oh, the last chapter of Illusions should be done tonight as well!

Dear Princess Derpy,
Today I've learned that things don't always go as planned. Having confidence is good, but overconfidence can lead to disaster. Derpy2's example has show us the light of our normal mistakes. Picking oneself up and improving from those mistakes will make us a better ponies and together we can help each other improve. Pointing out mistakes and suggesting corrections in a friendly manner. We all can be come better ponies.
