I looked around us. "Uh... hi there. Sorry to interrupt, but do any of you know where we can find the nearest hotel? We kinda need someplace to stay for the night."
The smaller figures--that turned out to be shining, glistening ponies upon closer inspection--looked at me oddly. Nobody made a sound. Nobody even seemed to be breathing. That is, until...
"It's a trap!" one of the ponies shouted. This started a downward spiral that could only have bad consequences.
"They're evil!"
"That thing's a spy!"
"Oh sweet Celestia, its face! It's so hideous! Look away! Look away!"
I scowled at the last comment. "Well, your mother didn't seem to mind my face when it was between her legs last night, you little prick!" I shouted back.
I heard a chorus of "Oooohhhhh~"s and "Burn!"s from the shiny ponies. I even thought I heard one of them say "Oh no he didn't!" But that might have been me watching Big Mama's House a few hours prior.
