I’m house/dog sitting for my aunt and uncle while they’re on vacation this week. Since I’m living the life of a bachelor, I thought it fitting that I eat a bachelor food. 
This thing of beauty is a BL (BLT sans tomato), only instead of bread, I used two Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuits.
So yummy!
Also, the last chapter of Soarin' with Apples is coming along. Looks like it might be a long one.

Actually, you can buy the mix for their biscuits. That's how I made these. I got it at Sam's Club for six bucks. I don't know if they sell it in other stores or not, though.
hmm, i might have to search for my sam's card and go shopping tomorrow.
