I hope that when the world comes to an end, I can breathe a sigh of relief, because there will be so much to look forward to.

    A Year in (Movie) Review

Peppered throughout my stories are various references to films and movies, as I'm sure several of you guys noticed (A Dare's Truth has several ponified versions of movies, and Scootaloo and The Cabinet of Seers has a few references as well). I love movies - I go once, sometimes twice, a week to the local theater to see a new movie! It's gotten to the point where the Tuesday staffer recognizes me

The True Gift of Gifting (PS4 game giveaway)

    Happy December, everyone!

Recently, during some impulsive electrical repairs, a member of the family accidentally damaged my Playstation 4's power supply to the point where the console could only communicate via the slow steady pulsing blue light of death.

    Bronycon 2019

Well, like thousands of folks here, I will be attending Bronycon this year!

I had hoped to get a new chapter of Scoots and the Cab out to celebrate but it wasn't meant to be.

There are plenty of fanfiction panels at the convention, maybe I can learn a thing or two about timely writing and technique.

Fragments of fiction, and the validity of non-canon stories.

So, like many fans of the orange winged wonder, today was a momentous episode for Scootaloo. I teared up at a few moments, and although the episode was predictable, it was a feel-good episode that reaffirms just how special the Crusaders truly are.

    On Videogames and motivation

I'm reaching a tipping point with these videogames. I quite enjoy them, yes, and there is a massive disparity between the multitudes of games to play and the time available to play them. That's nothing new though; always has been, always will be.

Prewriters and Pictures! · 4:45pm Jun 24th, 2014

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to take the time to give a big round of thanks to a few folks.

Firstly, I wanted to give a big thanks to GodzillaWolf for, among the invaluable support he's offered over the years, but most recently agreeing to be my pre-reader on "Scootaloo & The Cabinet of Seers." He and I have worked together for years as roleplay partners on another website, but more than that, he's been a great friend.

Chapter Eight of "Scootaloo & The Cabinet of Seers" was the first of his efforts on my behalf. To return the favor (and because it's so much fun!) I've also had the privilege to get a run-through of Chapter Three of his story "GBOYH-Verse: Tarnished Diamonds." It's a delightful story, go check it out!

Secondly, I'd like to introduce folks to another fine individual - RaylanKrios!

The writer of several acclaimed works, he (or she?) has also signed on to wade through the muck of my unpublished chapters to try and make them palatable. A tough task to be sure, but I look forward to seeing what comes from it, and wish him (or her????) the best of luck. I have also agreed to become a pre-reader for at least one of his stories, more if he'll let me.

Lastly, my sister has begun her illustrating on "Scootaloo & The Cabinet of Seers!" Readers who go to Chapter 2 - "The Fiddle & The Drum" will notice a beautifully rendered chapter cover that she has completed for me. She plans on eventually doing an illustration for the rest of them, but I was just so excited that I had to point this out! She's truly a marvel!

Other than that, Chapter 9 of "Scootaloo & The Cabinet of Seers" is underway, as is Chapter 2 of "The Play's The Thing". I will hopefully be alternating between the two in sequence, but that isn't set in stone, should inspiration and that elusive motivation strike me one way or the other.

For what it's worth, I'm aiming to have "The Play's The Thing" clocking in at a much smaller five chapters. So it shouldn't take long before you can see whether or not I can actually write an ending.
