No more PS2 for me again. Ever.
If I fail to get past the village in Resident Evil 4 just one more time, I'm going to utterly lose it and just start breaking shit, and not be able to stop until there's nothing left but bare walls.
This is a game I've lost count of the number of times I've beaten. And then one day for no reason whatsoever I suddenly suck worse at it than the very first time I played it. I don't even make it to Dr. Salvador before I get fucked up or die outright. Sometimes I'm not even making it to the fucking village!
Really? First time I played it I got decapitated by the chainsaw and second time I survived just long enough for the church bells to ring. Just avoid going into any buildings doing so will just summon the chainsaw, while running from any villagers always take the high ground and use that to pick off any villager that tries to climb up by either shooting them off the ladder or literally kicking the ladder.
I still haven't played that yet. I should.

It's not that easy. I've gone from being able to survive the village and kill both Salvadors when starting a new game, without even needing to use the shotgun, to suddenly sucking so bad I only make it to the first bridge half the time before getting killed. My skills literally dropped into the toilet over the course of overnight, I have no idea why, and no matter how many times I try, I can't get them back.
Then again I'm on my third or fourth controller after breaking the others, so maybe that has something to do with the sudden drop in skill, and my inability to avoid getting axed.
2225283 Maybe it's because you haven't played it in awhile? I mean I recently went through a mission on Zombie Nation and cleared it despite the fact I haven't played the game in months.

No it can't be that, because I literally went from ruling the game one day, to suddenly sucking as bad as a noob the very next day. Literally not even a full 24 hours from awesome to awful. that's why I stopped playing for so long.

I got everything. I managed to unlock absolutely every weapon in the game, including the hand cannon. But none of that does any good when you try and play a fresh game.
