CHAPTER 4 MAY BE SHORTER THAN CHAPTER 3 YOU GUYS! [AS OF NOW, 1 PONY PER CHAPTER] Working a big story on the main cast, consisting of six short stories of you know what. How should I format this?

The big story is called The Peeping Toms of Harmony, and it's exactly what you people are thinking I hope.
As of June 18th, I'm done with the third story, and 50% or so done with the whole thing. Now I'm thinking to myself, the final thing could very well be over ten thousand words! Should I keep it that way or split it up?
I posted an online poll of sorts with four choices: either one chapter with everything, two chapters with half everything, three chapters with two segments each, or six chapters with one segment each.
