So, I wen't to my cardiologist today and I started my latest treatment for a nerve malfunction in my heart. If it's the case I'll be on these pills the rest of my life so that kind of sucks but he says it's not life threatening so that's good, yay not dying (unless he's wrong). Also, I just made a Tumblr account, not too sure what I do with it or what it's for?
I was having a conversation with a friend here on FIMfiction and it came up that we really need to come up with a web specific word to refer to someone online without denoting gender or any other irrelevant detail. I'd love some suggestions, maybe we could make it a thing. It's kind of sad (and really great at the same time) that more people listen to these little blogs than all of my friends pay attention to my facebook posts (even the ones relating to my condition).
I'm really bad at video games. I just got Fallout New Vegas on my laptop and I've died like... a lot! Stupid flies and scorpions! I just generally suck at games but especially games with gun for some reason.
Also, I learned today that there was a species of extinct frog that gave birth through it's mouth by vomiting up it's young after incubating the eggs in a sack in the stomach. Some scientist want to bring these frogs out of extinction via cloning.
Small correction; the frogs have already been cloned back.
It's good to hear that you finally have some idea of what's wrong and that you're on meds for it. Even if you have to take them for the rest of your life, if they help it's better than the alternative, even if the condition isn't life threatening. Oh, I suppose they're fairly expensive though, if you're in America at least. Unless you have insurance.
Anyway, it's great to hear, and I hope the meds help.

Oh, and how about noon? I was talking to Noble Thought the other day, and noon showed me a lot of great music. I even ended up talking to noon for about 10 hours!

2154988 I was diagnosed with Lung Cancer about 4 months ago and it's spread so fast and out of control to multiple different vital organs the doctors today gave me about 9 months to live with only a 9% chance of living longer than that.
2155045 oh my gosh, I'm sorry to hear that.
They are testing a new experimental treatment using nano particles of iron to burn cancer cells alive. I'm not sure if they've started human trials yet but it may be something to look into.
2155060 I've tried everything pretty much from Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, Surgery, Alternative Treatments. The doctors say the only hope is to perform a debilitating high risk surgery that has a better chance of killing me than saving my life, the idea is open me up take out all the tumours they can find and then proceed to bombard the area with highly concentrated alpha and beta rays which will probably shorten my life span by like 20 years. Plus I probably also need a new liver, as well as a new pair of lungs if I do survive.
Plus I'll have to take immune suppression drugs for the rest of my life due to the transplants which increase my risk of dying from an infection or illness that a normal person not on the drugs could fight of no problem.
So it's not looking good for me, but I do very much appreciate your sympathy.
if you haven't tried nano medicine yet (especially if you live in Europe where it seems they have started phase II trails) you may want to look into it, it's been very promising. Well, I know it doesn't mean much if anything at all, but those survival percentages also mean there is a percent (albeit small) that do recover. There have been a couple people who survived rabies without treatment (like, 10 of them) so no disease is truly 100% fatal. Like i said, I don't know if it means any thing to you and I really hope i'm not upsetting you by saying this but, you still have a chance. Get well.

I have never played Fallout: New Vegas, but I have played TF2. I died countless times when I started, but got better over time. For me, it just takes time.
