... has been weird.

Prom was amazing, I danced my ass off in ways I didn't even know was in me, AP tests have drained me mentally, somehow or another my teachers still manage to find projects to give me, I got my first job, and a recent trip to the doctor revealed I've had a sinus infection for the last week and a half. Bit of ups and downs in a short amount of time, but that's life.

Going without saying, my writing has not received much attention, and I kinda hate that I've been doing that, but with graduation in two Thursdays, I can see time put aside for more words about a certain couple and group of friends retelling birthday stories. While Arc III of TBATS is still being tweaked out to end with a bang, and not go down that weird slippery slope of a declining story near the end that I sometimes hear about, I'm also still writing out Twilight's birthday. Really wish I would've set the location of her princesshood in Ponyville, but I'm to far in it to change. Plus I can save that new knowledge for incoming stories. (Yes there are more ideas floating around that I really want to get onto) But seriously, BEST. SEASON. FINALE. EVER!!!!! DBZ fighting, Luna singing, awesome villain, awesome ending song, and the new castle (R.I.P. Golden Oaks), and the fact that the whole gang's got their own throne! If season 5 wasn't already in my thoughts now, that finale really implanted it even further. So nice that Spike's throne is so close to Twilight's. I'm probably butchering TD's words, but he is her little as she is his bigger. And of course, Discord. So nice to see a much more satisfying reformation, but man did a part of me hate him for making Fluttershy cry like that. But all's well, and I think the writers are seriously playing with people about the whole Dislestia thing with that flower thing at the end.

Anyway, fanbuzz over with, as I sit here with a box of tissues depleting quickly on account of my runny nose continuing to sprint (Stupid sinus infection), let me promise this. TBATS shall remain it's quality it has had if not gain some, and Twilight's birthday shall make it's appearance not too long after I graduate.

Also, speaking of incoming stories, I don't know if anyone remembers, but I've had a whole Scott Pilgrim/Sprity crossover fic planned out. It's still gonna happen, but this would be my first crossover fic. It's not gonna be where characters from Scott Pilgrim cross over, more like a pony adaptation. I know the obvious rule to make a good one is to not strictly follow the plot of whatever it is your crossovering (pretend it's a word), but I'm stuck on what could make crossovers a sinker or a winner. Anyone got any tips for crossover fics?

Well, that's been my month. Thanks everyone for the kind words on both stories. I hope to keep writing well enough to keep you guys entertained, and be on the lookout for new chapters and stories. This has become one of my favorite hobbies to de-stress from school. I ain't giving it up.
