Welp; it happened.
How was it comparable to season 3 finale?
(slapped by Twilight) Go to your room!
But in reality; it was really good. Honestly, I was expecting a ridiculously OP character as a villain, and, don't get me wrong; it was. But I liked him... he was handled well... Sure; there were some occasions in which I could easily comment that the writer was trying too hard. I could say, where, but I really don't like getting into spoilers.
Other than that... For the epic finale, the songs were kind of meh. They can't compare to the the other epic songs, like the This Day Aria. Not even by a long shot. And even if they stood on their own merit, it was still pretty meh.
So, anyways: Great season finale, great action, great pacing. I enjoyed it.
