It's really starting to bug me that people continue to drop "Dislikes" on my stories without giving any kind of reason for it. Collectively my stories have 57 "Dislikes" and there hasn't been a single negative comment left on any of them. I don't mind if you don't like my story, really I don't, but I'd like to know WHY you didn't like it. Mysteriously 15 of those dislikes appeared during the last week, one new one on every single story before "Heat of the Night" was posted. Now I'm not saying that some dickhead with a petty grudge Disliking all my stories without reading them is the ONLY explanation for it... but it's the most likely one. The only other explanations are-
1: 15 individuals each read a story and didn't like it within the span of a week (even though some of these stories haven't had a new view in months)
2: The same guy sat and fully read every single story in a row in the span of about a week and Disliked all of them. Again, you don't have to like my stories... but why would someone continue reading through 15 stories from someone whose writing he has yet to enjoy? It seems like a sign of some sort of mental disorder.
It wouldn't bug me so much if it didn't mean that "Between Loyalty and Duty" and, more important to me, "The Value of a Smile" had their perfect runs marred because of some douchebag's petty grudge... especially when I don't even know what I did to upset this person or who they are, because they didn't have the balls to even leave any sort of message saying who they are. "The Value of a Smile" went two solid years without a single Dislike. To see it get one for no apparent reason just pisses me off.
That's it, just a little rant to get this off my chest. Please, in the future, if I do something to upset you, or you don't like a story, feel free to leave negative feedback. Anonymous trolling is not necessary.
well welcome to the internet than, rants like this give you nothing (except for the good feeling to show it these trollkiddys with less real life than we real internet addictes haha)
oh i'm getting distracted, you know the saying: you get petty for noting, you have to work for envy.
just laught at it and see it as what it is, envy for the little bit online attention you are getting, and the trolls not, because they are lazy ,oh and you have their worthless attention too, because they have to check for new storys ...
sorry i can't find the extra credits episode where they talk about how much good someone can do when getting the attention of a bunch of trolls, because these trolls can't troll other people on the net ...
oh but what i wanted to say: don't let them get you down, keep writing, i don't put people for nothing on my watch list.
