After almost two years of writing, it's done. Finished. I mean, aside from going back and pulling a comb through the whole thing. Egads, chapters one and two. . . I don't know how you fine peoples ever made it through to the rest of the story. But y'all deserve some sort of medal. Going back and copy-pasting that first dream sequence into Chapter 34 was, ironically, a big ol' wake up call. I've changed quite a bit from the person I was when I started writing this, and it shows somewhat painfully. Anyhow, that's the only thing keeping me from stamping this beast 'Complete.' One last read-through and revision. Then I'll have to take a break from writing for a bit, focus on work and life a little, maybe get caught up on my read-later list.
