My Leg Got Injured!

Yesterday I injured my leg, during some physical activities , I felt a pop, in my hamstrings muscle in my leg. Because of the severity of the pain, I had to return home in a wheelchair, I can walk again now, but because I don't want further injury, I'll have to rest it, I can't really rest my leg and type at the same time, so I'll not be active very much, I might just read stories and stuff. It is very painful, they checked my leg out, said I pulled the muscle extremely. They also said if I make some wrong moves, I could end up tearing the muscle, and it would be ANOTHER hospital visit in my record. But I'm glad that I'm recovering quicker than I thought.It makes me feel better as well that you hope I'll get better, so, Thanks!
