    New Story

I posted one of the other stories I've been working on with a friend of mine. It's a story that focuses around Rainbow Dash if one, totally not huge, thing happened differently at the Pegasus Race. You know, if Fluttershy wasn't saved by butterflies and died. Minor, right? Any hooves, I enjoy writing this story and plan to give it like 4-6 more chapters. Possibly more,

The State of the Fiction Address

A bit of an update for those of you that care to read it.

Firstly, I have finished the next chapter of Silent Night. I want to do a few proofreading runs before I post it. I fear it might have been slightly rushed.

    Ho Ho Ho, Bro!

I have posted the first half of my Christmas/Hearth's Warming story. It is a direct sequel to the prologue of Dinky Who. It's like a little side story. I had it in my head since I started Dinky Who. It gets a little timey wimey from there. This story actually takes place after the events of Pinkie Who, like a few months. Time Travel gets iffy like that. Here's a diagram to explain:

    Reason for the Season*

*If you spell "Season" like I-N-A-C-T-I-V-I-T-Y

I haven't been writing a lot. For two reasons,

    1. School. College is preeeetty distracting.
    2. Just a loss of interest. I started sketching and my creativity went from writing to sketching.

Good News. I'm gonna try to write more.
Bad News. Not Chapter 1 of Dinky Who.
Good News. It's Dinky Who related.

A bit on an apology to my followers. · 9:20pm Mar 24th, 2014

I'm sorry for that story I posted. I was kinda peer pressured into posting it and I did. I'm not going to take it down as it is part of my fan fiction portfolio. Oh and I'm pinning this to Pinkie Who because of the next paragraph.

I have a choice for you fillies and gentlecolts. I have lots of little stories bubbling around in my head and I'm curious if there is any one that you would prefer to see me write over others. Keep in mind I may not start these for a bit because I really want to get that audio drama (that I've been distracted from) off my plate. Here are the ideas I have (story titles are temporary and ideas aren't fully thought out):

-Cajun Sparkle: A story in which Twilight visits the cajun ponies since she knows so little about them. She discovers that not only is there a little settlement of cajun ponies, but an entire city called Neigh Orleans. She also learns of a new kind of magic that cajun ponies have, as well as a dark force they face.

-Jurassic Park: A version of Jurassic Park that is ponified. I haven't thought about this enough, but I know I want Lyra as the John Hammond character. I would need to read Jurassic Park as a reference, but it will not be a word for word rewrite. I was kinda planning to have more mammal prehistoric animals like mammoth and giant sloths.

-Fallout Equestria: Finding the Doctor: A story set after Fallout Equestria where Ditzy Doo sets out to try to find the Doctor in the wasteland. To try the to find him, Ditzy starts the project RYCCAR or "Run You Clever Colt And Remember." RYCCAR plans to track down the time traveler by looking through memory orbs that feature him and try to track his path. Ditzy obviously can't use memory orbs, so Silver Bell views the orbs and writes down the events in her mother's terminal.

I also have a side project planned for when I get stuck and have to think out a project, but I'll talk more about that when I move on to my next project.

While Finding the Doctor is tempting, I have to go with Cajun Sparkle.

Either Cajun Sparkle or Jurassic Park sounds good to me. The Doctor is a great character but there's something about the description on those other two stories that peeks my interest.:trixieshiftleft:

By the by, most mammals were small during the Jurassic period. Then again the story happens in a different universe so large mammals might have existed in that time period over there.:twilightsheepish:

I say Cajun Sparkle, followed by FoE and then by Jurassic Park.

The only reason why I put JP as last is because I can't remember how the movie went anymore and I'm afraid best pony would die.

Like all the others.

And that one dino in the car.

That went and murdered the poor guy.

He never stood a chance.:pinkiesad2:

1954016 I'm aware. Titles are temporary and like I said I'd need to think it out more. I might go for primitive versions of the magical creatures already in Equestrian or just pure Human-Universe Dinosaurs. Something Lyra came across in her Anthropological studies and caught her interest.

1954104 Well it would be more based on the book, but yes there would be a lot of death and even some gore. Not meant for all audiences. Reader discretion is advised. :I

1954142 You mean like a Saber tooth Ursa or a primordial dragon dino?:pinkiehappy:

Please, the cajun one. That sounds awesome.
