Portal 2 is amazing and glitch warning (no spoilers) · 2:50pm Mar 6th, 2014
So, I recently finished the first person puzzle platform game by valve known as Portal 2. What did I think of it? It was amazing! I bought the game on steam from their cyber monday sale so I actually didn't have the chance to play Portal 1 yet, this didn't hinder my play at all and I found the game to be just utterly stupendous from the clean level design to the great voice acting and funny script. I highly recommend you buying and playing this game.
That said, I wanted to warn you about a glitch I encountered which (as far as I know) is the only glitch that I've seen from the game. The glitch showed up at the last level, I went up the elevator to face the final boss and nothing. The final boss is supposed to give some funny dialogue, show off weapons, then attack you, but instead the final boss just stared at me. Needless to say, I couldn't continue. So I went on some message boards for the same problem, which no one else had. The problem appeared to be some kind of dialogue malfunction a little earlier than the boss which didn't play. So, since the dialogue was important to finishing the boss fight, the boss fight decided not to start until you got that dialogue. If this happens to you, just go to the main menu and load the save before the save on top, that's about where the dialogue is.
But, other than a single glitch, it was a great game which is the only game to (intentionally) make me laugh. Think with portals!
