The fate of AYIOO, and the future of myself on fimfiction · 12:01am Feb 18th, 2014
I am writing Chapter 7 as we speak. Unfortunately, I promised that the wait for Chapter 7 wouldn't be as long as the wait for Chapters 5 and 6. Yet here we are, three months later. I just can barely find time to write, which is unfortunate, because I LOVE writing. I'm serious, this is like my favorite thing. It's the very reason I did away with Let's Plays on my YouTube channel and started doing more in depth analysis and reviews, because half of that process is writing. But that's the crutch. I enjoy objective, analytic writing more than creative, narrative writing. I still enjoy narrative, but not as much. This leads to me barely ever giving Are You In Or Out? the love it deserves. This is a great story, and it deserves to be updated more frequently. I love this story too much to let it die. I'm going to say this now: I will finish Are You In Or Out?. Whether it takes me another month, another year, or another ten years, I will finish it. The real question is am I going to write another story after I'm finished? Well...I don't know. That's too far in the future to determine right now, but I hope so. I have a lot of great story ideas, but I don't want to see them fall the same way AYIOO did, only updating every few months. If something changes after I finish this story, then I'd love to, but for now, I just don't know.
So, to recap, Are You In Or Out? will definitely see its end at some point in the future, and I may or may not drop off the face of fimfiction after that.
