I don't know what to do with this. · 11:23pm Jan 30th, 2014
High atop Mt. Canter, in the city of Canterlot, at the top of the castle tower, in the royal observatory, Princess Luna, lunar diarch of the magical land of Equestria, watched the fair city that she and her elder sister, Princess Celestia, solar diarch of the magical land of Equestria, resided in. As Luna peered down into the city through the ornate telescope, a mysterious cloud spread over the streets, blotting out the moonlight. The princess of the night scowled.
"What treason is this?" she asked aloud to nopony in particular, "Who would be so bold as to interrupt our view of the city with this uncalled-for weather?"
A small hole opened up in the cloud, allowing a beam of moonlight to shine down onto the cobblestone street.
Luna humphed and took her place back at the telescope. "That's better." She peered through the lens, and soon her mouth fell agape at the sight she beheld.
Down the tube of light, a brown earth pony with a slick, black mane plummeted from the sky to the ground. Before she could formulate a reaction, the stallion slammed into the ground. Upon impact, a mysterious chior began to sing a joyous and peaceful song, followed by the stallion getting to his hooves and brushing himself off as though nothing had happened.
Luna stared in stunned silence as the pony looked around in mild bewilderment before wandering off into the night. The princess staggered back and scrambled into her room, calling her sister's name. Had she stayed, she would have witnessed another strange phenomenon: strings of words scrolling up the circle of light.

The tube of light then shrank until it disappeared entirely, leaving no trace that anything out of the ordinary had transpired there.
This just popped into my head. The problem is, Mr. Bean is a visual, and mostly silent, comedy. I have no idea how I would translate that into writing without giving away the jokes. If anyone likes this concept though, go ahead and try it. I wanna see what you come up with, though, so let me know if you decide to use this opening, or not.
Oh boy, I'd so read that
One way of writing is to give absolutely no foreshadowing of Bean's ideas or actions. Write things as he does them, kinda like J. K. Rowling wrote her funny background events in the Harry Potter series.
1778958 I don't remember those. Got any examples?
