Back in Action!

Hello everybody! As the title implies, I'm back! I got lucky, and with a couple days alternating a wrist brace and an ice pack, my carpal tunnel's pretty much gone. I'm still gonna be wearing a wrist brace on/off for a few more days to make sure and not doing anything too strenuous with my hand, but I haven't had any problems with it all day, so it's looking good.

I'm going to be getting back on writing Cheated Dreams tomorrow once I'm sure my hand is ready for it, but it'll be a lot slower. I need to be a lot more careful with my writing. This is not the first time I've had carpal tunnel, and odds are it won't be my last. So far I've been lucky in that it hasn't lasted more than a week most of the time, even this lasted about 5 days. Of course, the fact that I haven't needed to use my hand at all (I'm out of school for exams) probably helped the recovery time. But I don't need to push my luck and risk getting it really bad to the point where I need it splinted.

You guys have no idea how excited I am to get back into writing. This is the first real amount of typing I've done with my right hand in almost a week, and it feels so good.

Next chapter should (hopefully) be up by the end of the week. I do want to do a few rewrites to it before starting to next one, though, so it may have to wait until the end of the weekend depending.
