Sorry if I've been a little too blog happy recently. I'm just feeling like remaining in touch with my followers and readers and bringing you, the guys who gives me the strength to keep pushing forwards despise my lame job, a little bit of my thoughts about what is happening around me.
Each one of you are important to me. Without your comments and feedback, and even the simply act of actually reading it, Her Destiny would never be. I'm proud to have almost 2500 views, 179 upvotes and more than 250 favorites in something that came straight out of my head, when I decided to toy with the idea of Twilight becoming an alicorn, but losing what mattered the most to her, her friends.
There is, however, a main source of inspiration for me. This must be the same source for many other authors on fimfiction and beyond.
It is art.
I'm sure many of you know that our fandom is widely known for producing amazing artworks. Being a huge fan of animation could only make me feel attracted to artworks that have a close style to the original, and yet manages to impress with unique characters, scenes, and settings.
That's where Equestria Prevails comes. He is Her Destiny's main source of inspiration. In fact, I can go far and say that this whole fic is a tribute I've been paying to him and his amazing setting, and his amazing characters.
It was the way I found to give even more life to his creations that amazes me and inspires me to keep writing. Recently, he went through a major hiatus due to having broken his equipment.
And now he's back...
Thank you for doing what you do, EqP. I hope my humble tribute is worthy of your awesome work!
