I Got 99 Fanfics But Mine Ain't One

Why does May have so many Holidays? · 5:24pm May 6th, 2012

Seriously: Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, and of course May Day.

Why don't any other months have so many holidays? Like June? It just gets stuck with boring old Flag Day. Or August, which only has--acutally, I don't think August has any holidays at all.
