I've been working on this on-and-off for the last few months now, everypony. Finally, it's done.
I'll be following the same release schedule as last time. It's all written, but it's a mess, so I'll edit and post a chapter a day for the next two weeks. Have fun!
Although, maybe "fun" isn't the right word to use. This story examines the darkest side of immortality - and if you've read the final appendix of Not My Destiny, then you already know what happens.
This is how it happens.
Special thanks to the fantastic confused--guy for his very kind permission to use this glorious work of art as the cover image. That is so very close to what happens at one part of this story, and the artwork itself is based around the tragedy of eternal life. It's a perfect match.

although; i might have to re-read not my destiny first though, its been quite some time and i dont remember most of it that clearly...
Is it gonna be another dark and evil ending, or will everything be suddenly okay?

Well, if you read "Not My Destiny" you know it ends in a rainbow explosion and 7 days of twilight.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I was wondering if it will follow the "everypony is perfectly fine and twilight just kills herself after a brief recollection" ending or "twilight brutally kills all her friends along with the rest of equestria" ending. I'm glad its the former, i'll start reading it now.
