I entirely agree. The second Bowser fight was harder, what with the shockwave rings instead of the weird shockwave lines.
Shame this theme doesn't have the "soap soap soap soap" chanting like the first game's final boss, which was also not quite so laughably easy.
Also, what was with the flying-throuh-space-hurling-asteroids-at-bowser bit?! It was as easy as jumping and pounding, because that's all it was!
I was actually just playing this game a few hours ago. One of my favorites.
