Well, here goes nothing.

"what they should have said was here goes something, here comes nothing." 10 points to whoever can guess what that's from without Google'ing it. Funny how Google has turned into a verb now... anyways.

Alright, so I finally decided that it's high time I actually quit putting it off and write something like I keep telling myself I will do. I have this pretty interesting idea for a crossover that I'm fairly certain hasn't been done yet, or if it has, it hasn't been so overused that its shriveled into a prune by now. I have yet to see one but then again I didn't exactly search for it.

I was in a bit of a nostalgic mood today and I was watching videos of old games I used to play. That's when it hit me... If I do this right, this would make a decent crossover, but how to do this right is what I need to figure out. Sorry I'm being kind of vague, but I don't want someone to come along and one up me on this just yet. I need to lay the ground work and hopefully this will be good. Well enough stalling time to get back to work. Here's to hoping it turns out as good as I want it to be.

Although I know the premise of HiE is kind of overused, these characters I don't think have ever been mentioned, and I'm hoping to do these characters justice, as they were my favorites and by far are still my favorite characters from almost any PlayStation 2 game. I would even go as far as to rank them right up there with Master Chief in my Top 10.

Alright so I've never actually done a blog before, so I don't know how this thing works. I'm assuming that after I post this I can continue to make alterations or comments to this same blog as future additions and it will show up on the same page just as a new segment... I don't know, guess there's only one way to find out. Press post...

Well, that didn't go as planned, yet. First story flopped, for obvious reasons. My first chapter I will admit I foolishly submitted it before I related it to MLP... but the second story, also rejected for the same reason, was related... Or at least to me it was. I replied to the message to hopefully appeal it, or at least get more than a copy paste response from moderation as to it not passing through.

Persistence my dear Watson. My third attempt at a story, was finally approved through moderation. HOORAY! Now just to keep up after it and make sure I do the best I can on it.
