A Love of Chaos: Chrysalis is left broken and defeated at the edge of Equestria after her failed plan. Seeking revenge, she releases Discord from his stone prison. But after the Draconequus begins to grow on her, will more then revenge come from their partnership?

I'd of course like to thank my amazing Pre-Reader/Editor DemonRykuKyuubi for without his help it would never had gotten up there. As always, I'd also like to thank all you readers. I never planned to write a second chapter to it, and without you I never would have. And now here we are today, two sequels have been released for it and it's gotten on EqD!

but as always i will not judge anything before reading it, 90% av all storys centering or just feturing Chrysalis so far have bean shipping and 80% of those storys have bean nothing but dog shit.
but your seam to think things true before starting to write this so maybe this one will be the one that change my mind, and shipping her to discord aculey sound pretty interesting, first time hearing that, so yeah ill give this a try

I agree with you, there has been a huge flood of Chrysalis fics recently and not all of them have been that great. But I haven't seen her shipped with Discord yet, so I think I think I may be able to make something out of it.

Chrysalis seams to me like a very hard character to have in shipping successfully, just like discord forte was to spread chaos, Chrysalis´s is to manipulate and use the love of others as food and a mean to strengthen her powers. and she seemed pretty happy causing others pain and destruction, i'm thinking of the window sean from the episode, i think those 25 seconds shows so much of her character and personality
Haveing a character like that in a romance senario just seems so alien: Well i have liked your story's so far and you same to be a bit of a shipping/romance specialist, and you have done lot of work with discord whit in those topics, and discord seems to have most in common with her of all the characters in the show, so if anyone can do this and make it good i guess you would be one of them.
I have faith and will quit eagerly wait and see what will come out of this

While you are right, Chrysalis is an awkward character to fit into a ship because she feeds off of love, but this is what can make it really interesting. She can discover for the first time what love is, and maybe eventually change because of it. I think Discord fits perfectly with her because of this.

Eeyup i see you point, in the show she used manipulation and trickery to take the please of Cadance and feed of Shining Armor´s love for Cadance while under Chrysalis spell/control, but i see no reason way Chrysalis can´t feed on love directed straight for her, no manipulation or trickery if another being who´d come to love her in her true form she should be able to feed from it, and since her "partner/victims" doesn't die or gets any permanent physical/psychological damage from her feeding i can honestly see that work.
And i hope it will, unfortunately all we have so far in this category is 95% dog shit,
so some change who'd be nice
Oh and one last thing, don't get too caught up in the romance aspect of this story, her quest to seek revenge and food for her kin will be just as an interesting aspect as well
