Throw your hands in the air like you just don't care! That's certainly what I'm doing. And breaking my ceiling fan in the process.

Being completely serious, I'm really happy about this. Even with the bad blood between the EqD pre-readers and a good portion of fic writers, to deny that a feature on their website is much sought after would be foolish. And I've not only attained that prize once, but twice (with as many stories, I might add), a feat which continues to surprise me.

Is that an ego starting to form? Mental note: kick that later on.

I can say with absolute certainty that there is no possible way I would be here, with my small amount of renown, if it weren't for the help of my editor, Breath of Plagues. Unfortunately, he has stepped away from writing, and the fandom in general, to focus on college. While I will miss his services greatly, I deeply respect his decision to take a break from something he enjoys in order to pursue more important matters, and wish him nothing but the best in his endeavors.

... I only hope I don't crash and burn without his editing.

On a side note, I got a tattoo on Friday. And I'm getting another one this week. This may become a problem...
