Hello again and stuff!
I know I just announced that the chapter of doom is being edited and stuff, but now it's time for Friday's "Stuff that annoys me" post, and I'm in such a good mood that I'm actually going to do it on time!

*ahem*
There are actually two this week I feel like discussing.

1) Lazy crossover titles. What I mean by this is when someone writes a crossover, and they decide to make the title an awkward portmanteau of the universes being crossed. I know, sometimes it can sound witty and is easy to do in regards to MLP xovers, but in other series? I've seen multiple Mass Effect X-overs that essentially just edited it to (noun) Effect. Well...I hope I got what I meant across, but the other one is a bigger issue.

2) Celestia's first greetings to our hoo-mon protagonist being threats. I mean, come on, she will not instantly resort to threatening people. It just makes her sound like an unlikable douche from the protagonists' point of view. She's more tactful than that. One would think that simply warn outsiders in a less overt way.

C: Oh, and Mr. Human Guy?
MHG: Yeah?
C: If you dare get ornery, I will launch you into the sun. Got it?
MHG: ...oh? Well, f*** you too princess.

(GOOD)

C: One last thing, Mr. You.
MY: Yeah?
C: I take the safety of my ponies very seriously. Keep that in mind.
MY: I will. Have a good evening.

See what I mean?
