    Stopping

So it's been a long time since I've made any kind of update. It probably won't even come as a surprise when I say I'm cancelling When Nature Calls. I don't really have a decent reason for this, and I don't want to just list a bunch of minor reasons because it'll just look like a list of excuses, and I really am sorry for this. I want to say thanks to everyone that's read what I posted already,

    Schedule? What schedule?

I may have been a little hasty when I said I'd be putting up chapters in groups of five. Not only is it kind of pointless in it's own right, if I have a chapter ready I'm gonna upload it, but also with college starting imminently I may take even longer than I have been between uploading chapters.

    So...Yeah.

Putting up the old stuff again

In one big chapter. Yeah, I know Forevermore did this with Skeleton Jack, but hey, it works. I know most of you have read most of it, but there is one extra chapter I never got round to publishing at the end. So yeah, read that if you like.

Anyway, I'll be adding rewritten chapters in groups of five from now on. Not including the revised prologue, 'Deal With a Devil'.

    Rewrite

I have to be honest here, I pretty much hate how my story's gone so far. I keep making Cutler overpowered, and any fight he gets into is way too easy. Also, I've deviated from my original idea of limiting his vine powers (or whatever you'd call it) to only being available when he's dug his fingers or toes into the soil. He shouldn't have had five fingers per hand, I shouldn't have given him

Still, I might get back into writing at some point in the future. That would be nice. Also, if anyone wants to go ahead and take the concept for their own use, feel free to do that. You can't do a worse job than I did, right?

Might borrow your character after I've read through. I have a plan for mine in which involves encountering many many minor or unwritten pieces.

1566394 Go for it. Have fun.

1568077 My character I'm working on is a tree ent. It would be interesting if our wooden pieces meet. Also, due to his size he will gain the ability to shrink, so I hope that Equestria can handle two human sized trees. This makes him similar to a spriggan, but without the nature powers. Instead he has ice and light based magic. Basically he's a 60 foot tall, ice and light worshiping, bow hunting, shrinking, viking, tree. Hope he's not too similar to cutler. (I need to read your story to confirm similarities and differences)

1600045 Don't worry, there isn't too much to read. Have at it.

1600330 Thanks for the permission to use Cutler. naturally I'll ask your input when writing that part and send you a copy of the chapter when finished (if I write it). So they aren't too similar?

1601362 Sure, sounds good to me. Looking forward to it, actually.
