Quick Question! · 4:18pm Apr 10th, 2012
Well, I'm back--and with a published story this time. Granted, that story is less than 1.5k, but it's still a story. The pressure is off. For now.
The feedback I got was all positive (knock on wood) so far, which is more than I could have asked for. There are some wonderful people on this site and in this fandom, and it's giving me the momentum to persevere. And it feels fantastic! I am eternally thankful to those of you who even so much as took a look at my story. I wasn't planning on all this praise. It's making me feel ridiculously euphoric. You'd be amazed how much it means to the author to please their audience.
I've got a couple of wispy ideas in the making for something new--nothing fleshed out, but, you know, wisps. I'll need to think it through a little more. (Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Regardless of who or what it's about. Or you could go read my story, Game of Balance. That would also be much appreciated.)
Quick question--would it be too repetitive to do something else based off Discord? He makes such a good plotline.
Be back soon.
Go for it. Your descriptive dialogue was able to capture him perfectly.
Not at all. Not only is there nothing wrong with having a signature character you use frequently, Discord's very nature makes him a wonderful muse. Villains tend to do that, especially the more supernatural ones.
