Concerning My Little Rainbows... · 4:12pm Aug 9th, 2013

As the title suggests, this is about my second most followed story after "Rainbows don't give up!", "My Little Rainbows".

One major reason for the lack of updates of the story is that the next chapter (the one I posted a chapter teaser for) contains something I cannot write: action.
I find it very difficult to write like this, which is why my stories generally rely on dialogue rather than action.

"But The PatioHeater, why are you telling us this?" I hear no one ask, but I'm going to pretend you are. Well, I would like a few volunteers to read something I've written that is predominantly action and give me some feedback on how I've done.

The story has only been seen by one or two other people and I have since abandoned it as I wasn't sure about my ability on writing action. It's a story about Scootaloo as a teenager. She moved in to Rainbow Dash's house several years before after finally being able to fly high enough to reach the house, and the story is about her trying to find out about her parents. I won't divulge any more as I don't won't to spoil it here, but suffice to say that it has a lot of action at the end.

If anyone would like to give this story a read (it's not that long) and give some feedback on the action-y parts that would be great! Not only would it help me get better at writing it should also help advance the story of MLR. Plus, you'll get to see a story that very few eyes have ever seen!
