Omega and Everfree Northwest

Hello and well met! I hope this blog post finds you all well.

Well, I am back home after a fun little vacation to Seattle, and I had a great time. I met all sorts of bronies and was able to give away all my Pony Age posters and character cards within the first day just standing in line. I'd like to thank every brony at Everfree for making me feel welcome, and to the people of Seattle for having an inviting and wonderful city to visit. Some names I would like to thank are Piquo Pie, totallynotabrony, and Pen Stroke (does he really need a link? Ah well, I'll be fair) for giving out excellent advice and giving me the opportunity to speak to them and plumb their brains. Other thanks go to solocitizen for simply conversing with me in the lines, and being an overall cool guy.

Now that the writing thanks are out of the way, moving on to the art! First... I said I was going to get it. So I got it. Behold, Shale!

Shale provided by Torikat who accepted the commission. Big thanks to her! Second, I know I should have gotten Oghren, but I feel this character needed a pony. Behold, Duncan!

Duncan provided by bunnimation who accepted the commission. While I love EndlessNostalgia's work, I also like getting art from other artists and it worked out well, I think. Shale is a little pink, should have mentioned that, but it works. I like it, a neat little side effect of the augmentation crystals.

Last but definitely not least, I'd like to thank my good friend rhiizami who helped make my visit to Seattle so great.

Well, I am back home, going to go back to work tomorrow, but you know what? I feel inspired. I think I will some fics.
