Raise your glasses bitches for I have graduated from high school. · 5:38pm Jun 21st, 2013
So yeah, I graduated today. Yay. I can finally say goodbye to high school and all its idiots.
Sometimes I had fun in those 6 years, but sometimes it could be really hard. I'm not popular, nor am I really good-looking. I got bullied which turned me into a shy and insecure individual, but I managed to keep swimming while others drowned, and I am proud of my accomplishments.
Next level: University. Subject: History. Difficulty: You shall not pass.
I shall now proceed with listening to music.
Hey, any protips for surviving the next three years?
Congrats! You'll find that University is a thousand times better than High School, you'll like it.
1158805 Try to avoid drowning.

I can swim, thank you.
1158805 Well, the most important tip: Study. Studying (especially when you have your finals) has priority above everything else, even ponies.
Second tip: Don't trust anyone too much, you never know what they want from you. Believe me, I learned that the hard way.
Third tip: If you're somebody who doesn't really belong in a group, like me, then you can interact with every group and learn more about everyone. It's like spying. I also don't post anything on Facebook, I just use it to keep track of the movements of my fellow students. Who needs the NSA when you have Facebook?
The last tip I can give: If you have bad grades, don't freak out. You can always try to improve them later. So basically, don't freak out like me.
Oh, and if you like high school, enjoy it, for it will be the last time you don't have to worry about adult business.
1158811 I hope so, university gives you a lot more freedom.

I don't particularly LIKE high school as much as I TOLERATE it. I will admit, however, that there are quite a few good sides to the next three years of my life:
1. I learn shit
2. I can see my friends
3. I can leave after three years
1158854 So, you're not going to keep studying after high school? What are your plans for the future, my boy?
1158860
I get to leave highschool, not school altogether.
My plans? Westpoint military academy, Transylvania Uni. or Hunter up in good ol' New York, New York. My mom went to Hunter, Transy is close, and Westpoint is my first step in becoming an officer in the US Navy.
I rest my case. Hold on, my case is actually a zombie... fuckin' hate zombies.
1158877 Those seem like good choices, although I personally have no intention of pursuing a career in the army, but that's just what I think about it. I'll just stay with my history, while developing my social skills, so that I can become a history teacher.
1158911 Thanks.
Congrats!

Congrats mate! High school always sucks, the thing to do know is get drunk in the sun! Then Uni should be the same, just inside ;) I'm doing Engineering at Strathclyde and my pool and darts skills have increased lol.
History shouldnt be too bad from what I have heard. Short days, and plenty of free time. Hopefully that's the same as your as your uni. Also the best thing about uni is there's people the same as you there, maybe not MLP fans but cool people. I struggled to find friends in School, hit uni and I'm popular it's great. There's little amount of assholes in uni ;)
1159192 History lessens with the years, yes, but the first year will be exhausting. We'll see what the future brings.
1159207 first and second years are the hardest, but you will realise that it's so much different from school. There's less pressure the lecturers are cool, and want to help and more importantly it's up to you to put in the work.
Good luck and hope it all works out for you bud!
1159064 Ik ken iemand die in brussel geschiedenis doet, de sfeer daar is in ieder geval ok.

1160381 Ja, ik denk dat er toch wel een groot mentaliteitsverschil is tussen het middelbaar en de universiteit.
congrats
