Will you be keeping the original story up as well? If so then I think it would be a good idea. Some people just delete the original of their stories and that just doesn't seem right.
1146977 No I intend to keep the original there, as a testament to how I've grown since writing it. If I indeed rewrite this, I'll post it as another story most likely. If I can't do that then I'll take a vote blog and see if people would prefer the new to the old.

Personally I would keep the original. Yes it is your story and I will still read and support any version of it. But honestly your mistakes, your writing style, your unique way of telling a story is what made me read and enjoy your story. Yes it isn't perfect but it is unique and a part of you. If you want to reinvent yourself write a new story like a short one shot one and that will help your spirits and your writing. Watching you grow as a writer has made your story 20% cooler. Also you should talk more with your friends here we always have good advice.
