idea for website

because I can't find one like it, and I have no idea how to make it (if it's actually a good idea anyway)

The idea is essentially a polling version of most answer websites, only not asking for an answer but rather asking the people's opinion.
But here's the catch, the page has a button on the page that shows the current results (that comes up after putting in their vote) that takes them to another random poll (that they have not taken and in the categories they want to search through) that is chosen through a system that randomly chooses polls that have both higher ratings and less votes more likely

but that's just the bare bones of the idea, and so far that's all it is: an idea

I'm guessing you're asking if on the site, you get to make polls yourself? yes, and the only limitations to the questions are intended to be the ways you categorize the polls, and your writing ability in the poll...
