Encountering a Few Problems · 1:46pm Jun 5th, 2013
Hey so, you know my story right, duh the only one that's posted :P
right that one, ok so the first two chapters were posted very consecutively one after the other and then the 3rd chap still isn't out. what gives?
weell, thing is chap 1 and 2 were originally one chap, but I still hadn't finished writing and it just kept going and going and I didn't know where or how to conclude the chapter, hence why chap 2 is twice as long as chap 1. So since I'm extremely impatient I chopped them in half and continued chap 2. I have ADHD so I generally can't focus on one thing to long and get bored with things pretty fast, maybe why the quality near the end of chapter 2 seems to falter? lol, chapter 4 was done before chap 2 was even done. Chapter 4 was originally going to be chapter 3, but then I realized it would be a bit abrupt and that I should prob flesh out the characters a bit more. say another class? maybe get a closer view on Diamond Dust and the working of her little clique? Which would you guys prefer; would you prefer to see Ditzy fleshed out some more and given more information, or would you like to see the inner workings and system of Diamond Dust's clique? I personally like writing about bullies and what makes them tick, but that also seems to make them lose their affect as the mean antagonist and they gain sympathy with the audience. Not what I want to happen, we want to feel sorry for Ditzy don't we?
*cue deadpan* or I could, you know, just write her off as having a natural proclivity for being a female dog. thus making you guys hate her more ^^
*random person* hey wouldn't that mean we get to see more of Thunderlane and how the heck he's in that group when he's so nice?

*spoilers* yes Rumble does make his appearance, and he's just going to be so innocently adorkable ;w; maybe you'll get a peak at a certain wild maned purple pegasus with another certain pegasi with a giant pink bow ;) I don't know ^^

ok I also have seem to run into a little problem, and even though I'll prob do it anyway I wanted to see what you guys think of it.
We all know Dinky correct? aaand we all know she's a unicorn right? yeah. need I say more. ... HOW AM I GOING TO MAKE THAT WORK! um, it works if its the Doctor cuz idk, real genetic stuff doesn't apply to him :P.
So bottom line, do you want Dinky and Sparkler to appear sometime in this series? specifically, as Dizy's kids? I have a nice theory, but it'll prob be used as a spin off and not used in the story.

So to the original point of this blog; chap 3 is in the workings I have not forgotten, but as stated above I am ADHD so gentle reminders will not be unappreciated. little nudges like "hey how's chap _ coming along" or "are you done with chap _ yet" dont get to extreme but "yo get chap _ out already" yeah gentle nudges ^^.
Also I wanted to get out there that I am working on another long term project, it is the first fic idea I have ever had and have ever really thought out and started writing. Yes, it's about best pony ;w; Spitfire :3 now ok before you all groan let me say this is not going to be a cliche Soarin loves Dash and not Spitfire sob story. NO, I hate those. with a burning passion. This is actually in my fave genre; an origin, slice of life story. I will not write this story with glaring cliche's mainly because, I hate cliche. I am trying to make this as unique as possible and while some elements do appear they are toned down and not in your face. expect a lot of OC's though... cuz yeah it takes place back them and we have no info on Spitfire so hey I had to improvise a bit. on that note... I NEED NAMES! I suck at creating names for ponies, so if you have any spare pegasi names lying around it would be appreciated ^^ various names that infer to different types of personalities are also nice like not extremely obvious like Cranky Doodle Donkey's name but something that gives a hint. like you wouldn't name a perpetually sad pegasi Clear Skies. that sort've thing :) thanks in advance if you donate any names
